This is one of my most-requested appetizers. I found this recipe over 30 years ago in a magazine and I have made it almost every year since.
Here are the ingredients:
Round unsliced bread loaf
2 packages cream cheese
1 pint sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
small can chopped green chilies
2 tsp worcester sauce
garlic salt and Italian spices to taste
Cut vegetables for dipping
Cut off the top of the bread loaf and scoop out the inside, leaving an inch of bread around the outside.
Mix the rest of the ingredients and put into the bread loaf, replace the top and wrap in foil.
Bake on a cookie sheet at 400 for 1 hour.
The best part is eating the bread when the dip is gone!
