Furniture Projects: Hand Painted Dresser

Sometimes you come across a sad little dresser that you just have to
take home and try to give some love.

That was the case with this one.

Not very interesting features, but good and sturdy with lots of storage.
 I decided to hand paint a design on it, not anything elaborate, just a simple design.

So I used some quilt stencils and a white paint marker to make the design.

I painted the wooden knobs white and wrote words like

 "push", "pull", "left" and "right" on them.

I thought it was cute enough to copy on a small end table.
