Furniture Project: Geometric Design

I thought I would share my daughter's geometric furniture project this week!

I bought it years ago, just a cheap little brown end table for a kid's room.
Caitlin claimed it when she moved into her first apartment and
painted it cream with olive green drawers.
I thought it was cute then,

but when she moved into this apartment, she wanted a black and white theme,
so, like mother, like daughter, she painted it again!

It makes a great coffee station in the kitchen and a bonus
with extra storage!

Roses and Rust: More Furniture Projects

My garage is so full of furniture, it's getting harder and harder to even get it it!
Less than 2 weeks 'till I can empty it for Roses and Rust!

Love clawfoot tables, especially painted white!

Pretty grey chairs.

They look great with the table!

These 2 chairs are really cute. They started out dark, but now are bright and cheerful!

Drop cloth seats with painted blue stripes!

Furniture Project: Red Cabinet

I LOVE this little red cabinet!

My husband found it at a yardsale and brought it home.

Right away I knew it had to be red; some pieces are just like that.
The color is Cranberry from Behr with a dark wax finish.

With chicken wire in the doors, it is a perfect place to store quilts and dishes.

And it fits perfectly in this corner of my new yellow family room!

Makes me happy every time I walk into the room!
